Rental information

Bookings outside our opening hours (Mon.- Fri. 8.00 am - 6.00 pm) plus 50 % or plus 100 % incl. staff supply if necessary or desired.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 3 days before the booked date.
• Cancellations 2 days before the booked date will be charged 50 % of the room rent.
• Cancellations 1 day before the booked date will be charged 75% of the room rent.
• For cancellations on the day of the booked date, 100 % of the room rent will be charged.
• If necessary, ordered catering will be charged according to the supplier conditions.

All prices plus statutory value-added tax.
